STEP AEROBICS - Get moving with a fun trendy workout that works your entire body. Learn moves using the step while keeping up with the beat of the music. Get a workout in while having fun!
HIGH INTENSITY AEROBIC WORKOUT - Get in shape with a high intensity aerobic work out that incorporates weights, high intensity aerobics, and stretch. We warm up for 5 to 8 minutes, then we stretch for 4 to 6 minutes, then we work out for 25 to 45 minutes depending on the day. This is approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours depending on the workout day. You will love this workout and just be prepared to lose weight and buy new clothes.
