General Club Rules and Regulations
· All club users and visitors are expected to abide by all posted and common sense rules.
· All club users, visitors, staff and volunteers should feel comfortable and safe. We do not permit disrespectful conduct including but not limited to vulgar, profane, indecent, offensive, violent, hostile, aggressive, threatening, harassing, stalking, fraudulent, or other inappropriate conduct or language.
· All Members and Punch card holders must present their current membership/punch card at the front desk to use the facility. Use of facilities may be denied without proper ID.
· Membership dues, Punch card, Class, and Day Pass fees shall be paid before use of the facility.
· All club users will have completed the proper paperwork and have a signed liability waiver on file before using the facility.
· Club users agree not to enter into employee/volunteer areas of building, i.e., storage areas, staff only areas, adjacent office areas, maintenance areas, etc. unless authorized.
· No loitering, alcoholic beverages, smoking, drug use or any illegal activity is permitted in the Club America facility at any time.
· Club users agree to exit the facility promptly at closing time. Please time your workout so that you do not keep staff here past closing time.
· Keep the facility clean by putting towels in bins and discarding your trash properly.
· Do not deface or destroy any club property, including walls, floors, equipment, restroom facilities.
· Please refrain from talking on your cellphone in areas other than the lobby. No photographs without prior permission of the manager. No photographs in locker rooms.
· Club America WMV is not responsible for the damage or loss of any property brought into the facility, parking lot or grounds. Any private property left in the facility or on the grounds will be placed in Lost and Found or disposed of promptly.
· Any complaints regarding the conduct of Club America staff, volunteers, other club users or guests should be reported directly to the Manager in writing.
***Club America WMV through it’s Board of Directors reserves the right to review and change these rules from time to time, and to suspend or revoke the membership or use of the facility by anyone who violates the rules.
Nondiscrimination Policy. Custer 2020 is committed to a policy of fair representation on the board of directors and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, or military or veteran status. Custer 2020 shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, or military or veteran status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and provision of services.
