Rod Wright - Personal Trainer
Rod has been interested in health and fitness since he was young. While in school, he worked part-time at a local gym and later became an Assistant Manager at Gold’s Gym in Lincoln, NE. At Gold’s Gym, Rod became certified in their Nutrition program, Nutrionalysis. Rod was also the manager at Club America from Jan. 2011 t0 Aug. 2013. He is currently a certified personal trainer through ASFA (American Sports and Fitness Association). A few of Rod’s passions include senior fitness, Olympic weight lifting, Cross Fit workouts, and
triathlons. Rod has competed in a number of power lifting competitions, triathlons,
5K races, a 1/2 marathon and a 1/2 Ironman triathlon.

Cassie Schwartz - Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
Cassie has been everything from a Broadway dancer to a competitive bodybuilder. She’s been teaching dance, then fitness since the mid 1980′s. As a personal trainer, she has been helping people for over 20 years. She loves turning people on to lifting weights, and is very form-oriented. For the beginner who wants to learn how to use the gym, to the more experienced member who might need a freshening up of their program, she is here to help! Find out how a few technique pointers can help you get more out of a training program, or learn something new!

Jerry Heisig - Certified Personal Trainer and Instructor
Jerry has had a method and style that helps clients improve their lives through a healthy body and mind since 1991. He develops strategies to keep to keep each client interested and motivated. His awareness of this is as important as designing each person's program. Jerry is also committed to making each training session fun, rewarding, safe and educational. He is sensitive to each client's unique past experiences, current preferences and future needs. He strives to be a positive role model and effective teacher/trainer. As a health professional, Jerry remains current with the latest technology for individualized programs. Among Jerry's certifications are kick boxing and aerobics instructor, ski conditioning, older adult fitness, alcohol and drug abuse counselor, group counseling skills, criminal conduct and substance abuse treatment.
